The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Beyond the numbers, we’re looking for someone who is eager to leverage AI and modern tools to streamline processes, build smarter templates, and get more out of the software we use every day.

– Build, maintain, and improve Excel-based reporting tools, dashboards, and operational trackers
– Conduct internal audits and data clean-up projects across accounting records
– Analyze job costing data and support project profitability reporting
– Identify trends, discrepancies, and inefficiencies in financial data
– Automate repetitive tasks using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) and other tools
– Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for the CFO
What We’re Looking For
– Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
– Advanced Excel skills
– Knowledge of financial statements
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
– Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations
– Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
