We are looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our fast-paced and innovative team. The right candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, and engaging in administrative tasks; such as billing, payment collection and scheduling patients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone lines and interact with patients.
- Peform check-in and check-out process for patients
- Schedule appointments, and respond to emails and voicemails.
- Collecting payments, creating invoices, and other general office duties.
- Provide information to patients about the clinic and services offered
- Maintain the appearance of the office.
- Verify patient insurance information
Candidate must be:
- Warm and friendly with a positive attitude
- Possess strong ability to multi-task
- Detailed oriented, social, and can bring excitement to their role at our clinic space
Job Types: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $16.75-$23.00 per hour
