Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter & Business Development professional to join our team. This role combines talent acquisition with strategic business growth initiatives, requiring a proactive approach to sourcing top talent and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, project management expertise, and a solid understanding of marketing and customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth while developing your professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and extending offers.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand our client portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales pipelines.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote our brand and recruitment services across multiple platforms.
Negotiate terms of agreements with clients and candidates to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Coordinate projects related to talent acquisition campaigns and business outreach efforts, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development roles.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to talent acquisition and client engagement.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for customer relationship management.
Ability to develop strategic plans for business expansion and talent sourcing.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets and driving company success.
Prior experience in a fast-paced environment that demands adaptability and problem-solving skills. This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to make an impact through innovative recruitment practices and strategic business development efforts within a supportive team environment.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
