AI-Driven Marketing & Content AssistantAbout Mirea World
Mirea World is building something ambitious: Mi Intelligence, an AI model designed to help people understand themselves through the patterns of their everyday lives.
Most health products show people isolated scores, charts or recommendations. We want to build something more meaningful—a continuously evolving understanding of how a person’s habits, choices and real-life experiences connect over time.
Miia land uses an interactive, game-driven experience to create long-term engagement. As people live, play and interact with their AI companion, their longitudinal lifestyle data becomes a clearer picture of their behaviours, preferences and patterns. The goal is not simply to tell people what to do. It is to help them understand themselves, form better habits and gradually become the person they want to be.
We have launched MirrorMii on the App Store.
The role
We are an AI native company, so much of our work happens through AI-enabled systems and workflows.
We are looking for an AI-driven Marketing & Content Assistant who can help build and operate the marketing engine behind our launch and continued growth.
This is not a traditional assistant role where you wait for separate researchers, writers, designers and editors to complete each step. You should understand the entire content and digital-marketing flow—from identifying an idea to creating, publishing, distributing and evaluating the finished work.
You will use AI to handle volume and repetition, while applying your own judgment, taste, creativity and communication skills to make the work original and worth paying attention to.
What you will do
- Turn founder ideas, product developments and behavioural-science insights into compelling stories and recurring content series
- Research topics, cultural conversations, audience behaviour, competitors and emerging trends
- Write creative copy, scripts, social posts, articles, email campaigns and launch materials
- Produce and edit short-form videos, visual content, thumbnails and other publish-ready assets
- Build, improve and review AI workflows for research, content creation, repurposing, publishing, outreach and reporting
- Publish across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Xiaohongshu, Threads and other relevant channels
- Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, analytics and performance reporting
- Follow content from idea to audience response, click, signup and returning user
- Test new concepts, identify what works and improve or discontinue what does not
- Help build and nurture the community forming around Mirea World
- Attend trade shows, conferences, community activations, street interviews and other events
- Communicate with users, creators, partners and potential business-development contacts
- Capture stories, interviews, photos and videos while travelling or attending events with the team
What we are looking forAI-native working habits
You already use AI to run real parts of your work.
We do not mean occasionally asking a chatbot to write something. We mean you have taken repetitive work—such as research, publishing, repurposing, outreach, editing or reporting—and turned it into a repeatable process where AI handles much of the production and you control the quality.
We do not care which tools you use. We care whether you naturally think in systems.
When the same task appears twice, do you simply do it twice—or do you start building a better way to do it?
Creative content ability
You understand what makes an idea interesting, emotional, clear and shareable.
You can write, create visuals, edit video and package content without waiting for several other people. You have visual judgment, original thinking and a responsible understanding of how AI tools should—and should not—be used in creative work.
End-to-end marketing understanding
You understand how content connects to wider business goals.
You should be familiar with digital marketing fundamentals, including social media, SEO, SEM, email, community, paid-media basics and analytics. You should be able to look beyond views and explain whether a campaign generated meaningful attention, clicks, signups, participation or retention.
Exceptional communication
Communication is one of the most important requirements for this role.
You should be confident expressing ideas through writing, visuals, social media and conversation. You are comfortable meeting new people, asking good questions, representing the company and turning a conversation into a relationship.
An outgoing, curious personality is especially valuable. You should enjoy attending events, speaking with communities and helping people feel that they are becoming part of something.
Clear English is required. Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong advantage.
Who may thrive here
This role may suit someone from journalism, film, photography, broadcasting, creative writing, marketing, psychology, behavioural science, HCI or a related creative discipline.
Recent graduates and early-career candidates are welcome. Formal credentials matter less than evidence that you can think, create, communicate and take ownership.
You may be especially well suited to this role if you:
- Want to create work that has a positive effect on people
- Are excited by consumer AI, wellness, psychology, behavioural science or women’s health
- Have strong ideas and the practical ability to bring them to life
- Enjoy experimenting with new tools and developing better ways of working
- Are equally comfortable working independently and engaging with people in public
- Can connect creative marketing with community growth and business development
- Care about originality, responsible AI use and clear ownership of creative work
This role is probably not right for you if
- You need separate people to research, write, design and edit before you can publish
- Your AI experience stops at entering prompts into a chatbot
- You prefer completing individual tasks without improving the process behind them
- You measure marketing success only through views or follower counts
- You are uncomfortable meeting people, attending events or communicating publicly
- You need detailed instructions before taking ownership of a project
How to apply
Please keep your application concise.
- Share links to three pieces of work you personally created. Tell us exactly what you contributed and include any results you can disclose.
- In no more than 150 words, describe one repetitive task you converted into an AI-supported workflow. Explain how long it took before, how long it takes now and what broke or required improvement.
- Include your location and availability.
- Let us know whether you are able to travel for conferences, trade shows, content production and company events.
A traditional cover letter is not required. Shortlisted candidates will receive the complete brief and be invited to complete a compensated trial project before the interview stage.
Mii Labs values original thinking, responsible AI use and clear ownership of creative work. Candidates must disclose material use of third-party assets, synthetic voices or likenesses, and AI-generated media.
