Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding workforce needs, hiring goals, and business challenges
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Deliver market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to clients
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and recruitment best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Meet or exceed recruitment KPIs related to time-to-fill, quality of hire, and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred

2-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)

Proven experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills

Experience using ATS/CRM platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter

Solid understanding of employment legislation and hiring best practices

Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
