Job Overview
The Marketing Assistant is a key player in the daily operations of Larger-than-Life Marketing (LTL Creative). The successful individual will have expertise in social media and content creation to help assist the team of marketing gurus at LTL. This ideal candidate will have an array of skills including Social & Google AdWords to successfully brand the mission of LTL. Responsibilities and Duties:
· Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across multiple platforms for LTL.

· Work closely with the LTL team to develop content that supports overall marketing strategies.

· Assist in photo/video shoots and help edit for social media and other relevant marketing campaigns for LTL.

· Assist with the development of marketing materials and other campaign-related tasks for LTL.

· Develop engaging content to promote the overall brand awareness for LTL and drive traffic.

· Monitor and engage with audiences on social media channels.

· Analyze performance metrics of LTL to optimize social media strategies and contribute to the evaluation of brand identity initiatives.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all social media platforms for LTL.

· Social & Google AdWords experience (required).

· Create, manage, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns for LTL.

· Work closely with the LTL marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.

· Assist in the preparation and readiness for photo/video shoots.

· Stay updated on current trends, social media best practices, and video production techniques.

· Support the marketing team with general administrative duties related to content management and campaign tracking.

Qualifications:

· Post-secondary education in Marketing or relevant field (preferred).

· Marketing experience 1-2 years (preferred).

· Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content.

· Hands-on experience with Google AdWords, including campaign creation and optimization.

· Familiarity with social media management tools.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.

· Other tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB T2J 7E1
