We’re growing fast and are looking for an Inside Sales Representative with a true hunter mentality, someone who thrives on turning opportunity into revenue and leads into long-term customers.
This is not an order-taking role. This is a high-impact sales position where success comes from your ability to engage, influence, and close.
What You’ll Do?
Own the sales process from start to finish—no handoffs, no excuses.
- Take inbound phone calls and digital leads and convert them into new customers
- Qualify quickly, uncover needs, and position the right energy solution with confidence
- Drive results by consistently closing deals and exceeding sales targets
- Take full ownership of your pipeline—follow up, nurture, and move opportunities forward
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage activity, track progress, and stay organized
- Balance speed and quality—act with urgency while delivering a strong customer experience
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer journey

- 3+ years in customer-facing roles (sales experience is a strong asset)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (French/English) is required.
- English proficiency is required as you may support customers across our Canadian and U.S. Businesses
- You must be able to commute to one of our regional offices in your area

Salary: $40,000 annual base salary ($5,000 annual premium will be offered for bilingual Spanish or French fluency). We reward results. Our uncapped commission structure offers substantial total earning potential, with strong performers regularly generating 50–100% of their base pay in monthly commissions on top of salary.
Eligible employees may earn performance-based incentives and have access to comprehensive benefits and retirement plans with matching contributions.
