Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. Your ability to communicate effectively, handle inquiries efficiently, and promote our products and services will be vital to maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly valued, along with strong data entry, analysis, and sales abilities. This position offers an opportunity to develop your communication skills while contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
Assist customers with order processing, account management, and issue resolution.
Utilize data entry skills to update customer records accurately and efficiently.
Scheduling and managing pickups
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions.
Analyze customer feedback and inquiries to identify trends or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
Sales experience or knowledge of upselling techniques is a plus.
Analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively.
Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, eager to grow their skills in a supportive environment
3 yrs Minimum Transportation/Freight Forward Experience Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
