Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser/reset associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resetting the retail spaces, ensuring that products are presented in an engaging manner that attracts customers and drives sales. This role requires a blend of resets, merchandise, and strong organizational skills to effectively execute merchandising strategies.
Duties
- Develop and implement innovative merchandising displays that align with brand standards and marketing initiatives.
- Team player
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, inventory levels, and overall store presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers and gathering feedback on product displays.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, resets or merchandising, with a strong understanding of customer behavior.
- Familiar with all the hand tool use
- Ability to lift, pull and climb ladders
- Experience with forklift, order picker, reach and pallet jack are an asset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Prior experience in Reset or merchandising is highly desirable.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
