Job Summary
Four Fathers Brewing Company is looking for a new member of the team that is passionate about craft beer, outgoing, likes to drive and loves to socialize. This is currently a part time position, with approx. 24+ hours per week that will develop into a full-time position within the brewery.
The position will include packing, loading and delivering. This position could also assist with brew-house operations and packaging.
Driving Route will be in Tri-Cities and Guelph with some travel into Toronto.
Responsibilities and Duties
Physically Demanding - Weight Handling Up to 180 lbs
Proper and diligent record keeping
Inventory counts
Forklift and electric pallet jack operation
Load and unload goods
Operate and drive company van
Maintain logs of working hours and vehicle service and repair status
Oversee regular van maintenance
Communicate effectively with the public, customers, and co-workers
Deliver product and proper paperwork to our customers in a courteous and timely manner
Provide feedback to team regarding customer problems, mechanical problems, or delivery problems
Understanding and practicing industry safety standards
Potential Duties:
Operating canning line and keg washer and labeller.
Cellar operations
Quality assurance
Production records
Housekeeping and cleaning
Proper handling of chemicals
Qualifications and Skills
‘G’ license required
Driving Abstract required
Forklift certification not required but an asset
Brewery experience not required but an asset
