About Bunkie Life:
Bunkie Life helps families unite, unwind, and unplug.
We design and manufacture beautiful, easy-to-build bunkies that create meaningful space for connection.
You may have seen us on Dragon’s Den, HGTV, or House & Home Magazine.
We’re growing fast — and so we’re looking for a Managing Director (aka Integrator in EOS terms) to help scale from ~$15M to $50M+ while keeping our values and culture strong.
Core Values:
- All In
- Authentic & Real
- Permission to Play
- Go Getter
- Humble
Position Overview: You’ll be the person who runs the business day-to-day — leading our leadership team, building systems, and turning vision into execution.
Your Focus:
• Lead and coach department heads (Factory Production, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales)
- Run L10 meetings and create clear priorities and scorecards
- Solve cross-department challenges quickly and calmly
- Build scalable systems for sustainable growth
- Keep everyone on the same page and accountable to results
Reporting directly to ownership, the Managing Director (Integrator Role) will be deeply involved in both high-level strategy and day-to-day execution. You’ll lead with a hands-on approach—rolling up your sleeves to improve processes, strengthen teams, and implement scalable systems that support sustainable growth across North America.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in business transformation, operational excellence, and strategic execution. You have a history of leading teams through growth and change, building alignment between vision and execution, and ensuring that operational performance supports long-term business goals.
Who You Are
- You’ve helped a company grow from ~$15M to $50M+
- You’ve led senior teams and driven results through accountability
- You’re structured, calm, and great at solving complex problems
- You thrive in entrepreneurial environments
You’re a values-driven leader who brings authenticity, humility, and a strong sense of purpose to everything you do. You naturally embody Bunkie Life’s core values—approaching challenges with curiosity, optimism, and a bias for action.
You’re both strategic and hands-on: equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves to make progress with your team. You thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where communication, trust, and initiative are key. You’re proactive, resourceful, and always looking for ways to simplify, improve, and scale.
You believe that great leadership means empowering others, building trust, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. You value clear communication, enjoy developing people and processes, and know how to balance big-picture strategy with operational excellence.
Most importantly, you care deeply about your work and the people you work with. You’re energized by growth, motivated by impact, and excited about helping scale a purpose-driven company that’s changing how families connect.
If you screamed "Heck yes!" to the above, we'd love to hear from you. Get a feel for what we're about by checking us out on our website and social media channels and make sure you watch our pitch on Dragon's Den (www.bunkielife.com/ddpitch).
