Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and possess excellent leadership skills. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the operation run smoothly, from food preparation to team management, while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service.

Duties

Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional service.
Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff members.
Train employees on food handling procedures, customer service techniques, and operational protocols.
Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during shifts.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling regulations.
Experience in hospitality settings is a plus, particularly in hotels or restaurants.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
