Asset West, one of Western Canada’s premier Residential, Condominium, and Commercial Management firms, is looking for the right individual to join our growing professional team.
Reception is an integral part of our team, working on the front line, you will be the first impression, and in many cases the last impression that our clients have of our firm and our team.
General duties and responsibilities will include answering and direct phone calls, providing direct operational and administrative support to our team and our valued clients thru the handling and overseeing of reception, and assisting in various administrative duties such as preparation of notices and other related documents, ordering of office/boardroom/kitchen supplies, as well as general data entry and special projects that may arise from time to time.
As a self starter possessing the ability to prioritize, organize, effectively communicate, multi task, meet deadlines, and type a minimum of 25wpm, you will work well in both a team based environment as well as individually without supervision, you will understand the true meaning of customer service, and be highly proficient working within a Windows software environment (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
