About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is also eligible for or registered as a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA Ont.) to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision, conduct assessments, design individualized programming, mentor frontline staff, and collaborate with families and community partners to support meaningful outcomes for learners across the lifespan.
We welcome clinicians who are passionate about delivering neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and person-centred behaviour analytic services that prioritize quality of life, functional independence, self-advocacy, and the individual's goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behaviour and skills assessments using evidence-based practices.
- Develop individualized, strengths-based behaviour support and skill acquisition plans.
- Provide clinical supervision to Supervised Instructors and other team members in accordance with BACB and CPBAO standards.
- Analyze data and adjust programming based on learner progress.
- Collaborate with families, educators, occupational therapists, psychologists, speech-language pathologists, and other professionals.
- Provide caregiver coaching and consultation to promote generalization of skills.
- Support learners across home, school, community, and virtual environments.
- Complete clinical documentation, progress reports, treatment plans, and funding reports in a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical consultation, and ongoing professional development.
- Promote ethical, compassionate, and neuro-affirming practices throughout service delivery.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Registration as a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA Ont.) or eligibility to register.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience providing behaviour analytic services to autistic and other neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan.
- Strong understanding of neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practice.
- Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
The following would be considered assets:
- Experience supervising behaviour therapists or instructors.
- Experience with Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding and reporting requirements.
- Experience supporting adolescents and adults with executive functioning, daily living skills, employment readiness, and community participation.
- Experience working within schools and collaborating with educational teams.
- Bilingual (English/French).

Pay: $48.00-$80.00 per hour
