We're looking for a talented Photographer / Videographer / Drone Pilot to cover Casselman and the surrounding eastern-Ontario area. The Mission
As a Media Pro, you are the face of Next Door Photos. You'll travel to properties across the Casselman area to capture high-end photography, cinematic video, and aerial footage. You'll interact with Realtors and homeowners, ensuring they have an incredible experience from the moment you step onto the property.
What You'll Be Doing
- Capturing stunning residential real estate media.
- Operating drones for bird's-eye views (training provided!).
- Creating a "wow" experience for our clients through professional communication.
- Uploading media by 8:00 PM on the day of the shoot.
What You Bring to the Table
You don't need specific real estate experience (we'll train you on our "Shoot Flow"), but you do need a creative eye and a professional "can-do" attitude.
The Gear:
- Camera: DSLR or Mirrorless (20MP+)
- Lens: Wide-angle (10–12mm for Cropped / 16–18mm for Full Frame)
- Support: Sturdy tripod with a ball head.
- Tech: High-speed internet for those nightly uploads.
The Essentials:
- Reliability: You're on time, every time. Because we book on short notice, reliable near-term availability really matters — you may be asked for next-day or same-day shoots.
- Mobility: A reliable vehicle and a love for the open road (up to 50% of your day).
- Professionalism: You look sharp and communicate clearly in English. Given our client base in the Casselman area, French is a strong asset.
- Drone Ready: Willing to obtain (or already have) your Transport Canada Basic/Advanced certification.
The Details
- Role: Part-time Independent Contractor.
- Pay: Per completed service (photos, video, floor plans, etc.), plus travel compensation for longer drives. In a steady week, Media Pros typically earn $800-$1200. Your earnings scale with the volume of shoots you take on.
