Position Summary
Gincor Werx is looking for a driven, organized, and internationally minded professional to support our worldwide commercial activities for the live bottom truck and trailers build in Blenheim.
This role is critical in connecting customers, sales, production, and internal operations. The successful candidate will support the Overseas Commercial Manager based in Spain while coordinating internally from our Blenheim office.
The position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and export environment, takes ownership, improves workflows, communicates effectively across departments, and builds strong relationships with customers worldwide.
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 office role. We are looking for someone proactive, flexible, solution-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable working with international customers and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Sales Support
- Support the Overseas Commercial Manager in daily worldwide sales operations
- Prepare quotations, order documentation, customer follow-up, and sales administration
- Coordinate communication between customers, production, engineering, purchasing, and management
- Maintain accurate records and reporting within Epicor ERP
- Assist in managing international customer accounts and distributor relationships
- Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and international business development activities
Production & Order Coordination
- Monitor orders throughout the production process
- Ensure smooth communication between production teams and commercial operations
- Communicate production updates, delays, and delivery timelines to customers and the commercial manager
- Helps to resolve operational and scheduling issues proactively
- Ensure accuracy and follow-through on customer requirements and specifications
Workflow Improvement & Change Management
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose practical improvements
- Help implement process improvements across departments
- Support operational change management initiatives
- Contribute to improving communication, accountability, and internal coordination
International Business & Export Support
- Understand export procedures, international logistics, and Incoterms
- Assist with export documentation and coordination
- Monitors and understands exchange rates impacts on international business
- Support worldwide sales activities and international customer communication
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence meeting new people and different cultures
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Flexible mindset and willingness to support beyond standard office hours when required
- Proficiency with ERP systems; Epicor experience is a strong asset
- Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, transportation, trailers, trucks, or heavy equipment industries
- Understanding of export business and international trade
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international logistics
- Understanding of international commercial transactions
- Experience coordinating between production and commercial departments
- Additional language skills beyond English are highly valued

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
