Inside Sales Representative (Warm Leads & Outbound Calling) – TELUS

For over 20 years, we've been delivering professional telecommunications installation services and supporting customers across Canada. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our inside sales team and are looking for motivated, results-driven sales professionals based in British Columbia or Alberta.
This role combines warm lead follow-up with outbound sales calls to existing TELUS customers. If you're confident on the phone, thrive in a performance-driven environment, and enjoy helping customers find the right telecommunications solutions, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Contact warm leads who have expressed interest in telecommunications services.
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective TELUS customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications products and services.
- Build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals.
- Provide a professional, customer-focused experience on every call.
What We're Looking For
- Previous inside sales, outbound sales, call centre, or telecommunications sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Proficient with computers and CRM systems.
- Must reside in British Columbia or Alberta.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
