Emilio Finatti Pizzeria is expanding its legendary pizza empire to Chilliwack, and we’re looking for a General Manager to lead the way. This isn’t just any management gig, it’s a chance to own a slice of the dream.

About the Role

As the General Manager of our newest Emilio Finatti location, you’ll be the heartbeat and the maestro of the restaurant, leading with passion, precision, and a whole lot of cheesy charm. You’ll inspire your team, deliver unforgettable guest experiences, and cultivate a culture rooted in community, consistency, and authentic hospitality. From scheduling, inventory, and performance management to hiring, training, and food execution, you’ll oversee every detail with confidence and care. It’s a role that demands excellence in both leadership and operations, where your high standards for speed, cleanliness, and quality set the rhythm for a tight-knit crew and a flawlessly run fast-casual environment. And for the right candidate, there’s more than just a paycheck on the table—there’s an ownership opportunity, because we believe the best leaders deserve a slice of the pie.

What You Bring

Proven experience in food service or hospitality management
Bonus points for time in brick-oven pizzerias or fast-casual dining
Valid Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications (non-negotiable!)
