We handle everything from routine home upkeep to full-scale builds like decks, fences, and exterior projects. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become one of the first employees in a developing company and grow with us.
Position Overview
We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and is ready to jump into a variety of tasks. The position starts part-time with a strong opportunity to transition into full-time as our workload increases. You'll work closely with our team on both maintenance jobs and larger construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day tasks on a variety of job sites
- Support construction projects such as deck builds, fence installations, and exterior repairs
- Help with home maintenance services (gutter cleaning, yard work, power washing, etc.)
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team
- Use hand tools and power tools safely (training can be provided)
- Perform general labour duties as needed
Qualifications
Assets (but not required):
- Previous construction or general labour experience
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable with physical work and problem-solving on the job
