We are currently seeking a warm, professional, and reliable Show Home Host to represent our show homes and be the first point of contact for prospective clients, in our Cochrane show home. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in presentation, and is interested in growing within the homebuilding industry.
About the Role
As a Hostess, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors into our show homes, creating a positive first impression, and supporting the sales team with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and comfortable engaging with a variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors to the show home in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting show home environment at all times
- Provide general information about the homes and community (training provided)
- Collect and record visitor information accurately
- Support the Sales Associate with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure show home is opened and closed in accordance with company standards
Schedule
- Scheduled to work within show home operating hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend availability is required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a quiet setting
- Interest in sales or real estate is considered an asset
