Job Title: Door-to-Door Estimator & Flyer Delivery – The Window Cleaning Company
Location: GTA – Toronto, Durham Region & York Region
Job Type: Full-Time /Part-Time/ Seasonal
Pay: Based on delivery targets

We are a growing window cleaning company committed to providing top-quality service to residential customers. As we expand, we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our outreach team to generate leads and spread the word in local neighborhoods.

Job Description:

Are you a person who thrives on fresh air, high energy and working on your own? We're looking for confident, driven individuals to join our fast-growing window cleaning team as a Door-to-Door Estimator! As a Door-to-Door Estimator & Flyer Distributor, you will play a key role in attracting new customers. You'll walk through designated neighbourhoods, quoting and delivering estimates, engaging homeowners, and provide free, on-the-spot estimates for window cleaning services.

No cold calls. No Sales. No stuffy office. Just YOU, a clipboard, and the open road.

Key Responsibilities:

Walk or drive through assigned areas delivering estimates/flyers to homes
Providing free custom priced estimates using simple guidelines provided by us
Report completed areas and/or leads at the end of each shift

Requirements:

Strong ability to read maps and identify selected areas
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
Reliable transportation to get to designated areas
Ability to work independently and stay motivated
Basic math or measuring skills (to quote)
Must be at least 18 years old
