Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of plastics, cardboard, and loose cardboard coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role involves working closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to maintain efficient supply chain operations. The employee may be required to perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from origin to delivery
· Arrange transportation of goods via carriers (road, air, sea)
· Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues
· Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and customers regarding shipment status
· Prepare and process shipping documents (bills of lading for delivery and pre-delivery)
· Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records
· Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
· Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
· Handle rejected loads and document all correspondence.
· Produce, complete, and analyze accurate scheduled loads in database for the purpose of producing month end reports.

Qualifications:
· Diploma of Business Administration (minimum)
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
· Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Work Environment:

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
