- Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful when working with people from diverse backgrounds

We are willing to train the right candidate. If you are organized, eager to learn, and excited about meaningful work, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every qualification listed.
Why You’ll Enjoy Working Here
We are a small team, and we rely on each other. Everyone contributes, everyone supports one another, and no one is left on an island.
We value collaboration, kindness, flexibility, and mutual respect. Cross-training is part of our culture so that we can support each other during busy times or absences.
Our work is meaningful and rewarding, but it can also be emotionally demanding at times. We support people facing a variety of life challenges, and some days can be difficult. Because of this, a sense of humour is a big asset in our office. We believe laughter helps us stay grounded, build connection, and support one another—and we create as much of it as we can.
We also understand that life exists outside of work. Flexible scheduling helps us balance personal commitments while continuing to provide reliable support to our tenants.
To Apply
Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter telling us a little about yourself, why you’re interested in the role, and what you would bring to our small team.
If your cover letter makes us smile or even laugh out loud, that’s a bonus. We’re looking for someone with strong skills—but just as importantly, the right character to thrive in a small, supportive team doing meaningful work.
We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
