Work Location: Native Shoes is a hybrid organization based in Vancouver, BC. Employees located in the Greater Vancouver Area are expected to be in the office 3 days per week, with flexibility during peak content moments, launches, and events.

- You have experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, or brand initiatives from concept through execution.

What You’ll Do
- Support the execution of seasonal marketing campaigns aligned with brand priorities and seasonal storytelling.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables across digital, retail, email, partnerships, and social channels.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and track key milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Assist with campaign and product shoots, including planning, logistics, asset management, and coordination with creative partners.
- Coordinate external vendors, freelancers, agencies, and community partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Support content planning and execution across marketing channels, including social media.
- Support seasonal product launches and go-to-market initiatives across wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Assist in the development of sales support materials, presentations, product catalogues, and marketing toolkits.
- Coordinate with Brand, Commercial, and DTC teams to ensure marketing activities align with key business priorities and launch timelines.
- Help maintain consistency in brand messaging and execution across channels and markets.
- Coordinate marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business priorities.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination for marketing activities.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between Brand, Creative, Commercial, and DTC teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, workflows, and project management practices.
- Assist in compiling campaign results, performance reports, and post-launch recaps.
- Gather consumer, market, and channel insights to support future campaign planning.
- Monitor marketing activities and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing coordination, account management, or a related role.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or external partners is an asset.
- Experience with social media coordination and content planning is an asset.
- Passion for consumer brands, storytelling, and creating meaningful customer experiences.
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience working in footwear, fashion, lifestyle, consumer goods, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
- Have supported seasonal product launches or integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Have experience coordinating external agencies, freelancers, creators, or brand partners.
- Are comfortable working with marketing calendars, project management tools, and campaign reporting.
- Have experience supporting wholesale, retail, and e-commerce marketing initiatives.
- Bring a strong understanding of social media, content planning, and how different channels work together to support brand growth.
