Premiere Vancouver Island Spa Destination Hiring Healing Caves & Hydropath Guides
Our Spa Hydropath & Healing Cave Guides are responsible for providing our guests with quality customer service pertaining to our high standards and reputation. As the ideal candidate for the Spa Team, you are enthusiastic, have great communication, strong work ethic, and great attention to detail. We seek out individuals who are compassionate team players to support a positive and healthy work environment by maintaining high professional and serene standards.
At the Kingfisher, we operate as a team and are looking for the right people to complement our family. The right candidates will work well as part of a team, being flexible and willing to jump in where needed.
Both Saturday & Sunday weekend and evening coverage required.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Participation in daily & weekly chores and cleaning duties
- Consistently demonstrate service excellence to all Guests
- Adhere to Spa and Resort Policies and Standards of Practice
- Maintaining cleanliness of Hydropath & Healing Caves areas including inside the experiences, the lounge, change rooms and restroom
- Cleanliness, sanitization and stock levels of linen and guest amenities
- Guiding Guests through the Hydropath & Healing Caves armed with in depth knowledge of all of our features, ready to answer any questions the guests may have.
- Preparing and maintaining Hydropath & Healing Cave Supplies and Scrub
- Completion of opening and closing duties checklist
- Participation in weekly duties checklist
Job Requirements
- Ability to move up and down sets of stairs throughout the day
- Guest service experience
· First Aid Certification an asset.
- High attention to detail
- Must be willing to learn the in-depth benefits of each cave experience
- Strong working in a team environment

Compensation listed based upon hours worked, including average received spa gratuities.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evening, both weekend days and holidays, according to business demand.
