We’re looking for a warm, professional, and enthusiastic Part-Time Bridal Consultant to join our growing team.
You’ll be a key part of one of the most exciting moments in someone’s life — helping a bride find the dress. This is more than just a sales role; it’s about creating an unforgettable experience for every bride who walks through our doors.
The ideal candidate is attentive, confident, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must. A love for fashion and weddings is essential, and bonus points if you're comfortable with content creation for social media..

What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one bridal consultations, helping brides choose their wedding gowns and accessories.
- Build rapport and trust with clients to ensure a memorable and supportive experience.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, from gown selection to checkout.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards, including gown care and general tidiness.
- Support fellow consultants to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with social media content and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Be flexible and willing to assist with other tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
Education:
- High school diploma required. Training or coursework in fashion, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in customer service and 1 year in sales. Bridal experience is a bonus, but not required.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication
- Comfortable using a computer and point-of-sale system
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to lift and carry bridal gowns (up to 25 lbs or more)
- Ability to comfortably stand for extended periods of time
Personal Traits:
- Dependable, calm under pressure, outgoing, and team-oriented.
- Must have a body-positive attitude and be passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space for all clients.
Compensation, Benefits & Schedule
- Hourly wage + commission on personal sales + tips
- Top-performing consultants can earn over $30/hour

Regular part-time hours include:
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Thursday: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Schedule may vary based on business needs. Weekend shifts are required.
