What You’ll Do:
- Operate planetary grinders, edge grinders, and hand grinders to prepare and polish concrete surfaces
- Apply densifiers, sealers, coatings, and other surface treatments to meet project specifications
- Install control joint filler and complete crack, patch, and surface repair work as required
- Set up, maintain, and clean polishing equipment, vacuums, tooling, and work areas
- Follow finish requirements, project instructions, and quality standards for each stage of the polishing process
- Work safely and efficiently on active construction sites

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in concrete polishing, surface prep, or related flooring/concrete work
- Experience operating grinders, hand grinders, vacuums, and other polishing equipment
- Familiarity with joint filler, densifiers, sealers, coatings, and concrete repair materials
- Ability to read site plans and follow instructions accurately
- A reliable worker with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Safety-minded and comfortable working on active construction sites
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness to grow with a company that values hard work and team spirit

Safety hazards can be but not limited to loud noise, seasonal temperature extremes, precipitation, heavy lifting, exposure to chemicals and electrical equipment.
