Description complète du poste

We are looking for a motivated and organized Store Supervisor to support daily store operations and lead our sales team. As a Store Supervisor, you will perform all duties of a Sales Clerk while overseeing staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and participate in weekly management meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

Manage day-to-day store operations
Organize and delegate daily duties to staff
Assist with product ordering and receiving orders
Handle customer concerns and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service from all staff
Manage returns, breakage, and expired items
Ensure regular inventory counts are completed
Complete administrative tasks
Maintain adequate store and cleaning supplies
Ensure all monthly check-ups and assigned duties are completed
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Store Manager

Staffing & Leadership

Train staff and complete all required training tasks
Address employee performance or behavior issues
Report staff issues to the Store Manager when necessary
Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees
Assist with employee performance reviews

Qualifications

Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve
Customer-service focused with attention to detail
Reliable and organized

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.50-$22.00 per hour
