Towne & Countree Kitchens is an established cabinetry company in Edmonton specializing in custom kitchens, cabinetry, and renovation-related projects. We work with homeowners, builders, designers, installers, and suppliers to deliver quality projects from design through installation.
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Order Coordinator/Design Assist to join our team.
Position Overview
The Order Coordinator/Design Assist will play an important role in reviewing project details before orders are submitted for production. This position helps ensure drawings, specifications, finishes, measurements, appliance details, accessories, and project notes are complete and accurate before the job moves forward.
This is a coordination and quality-check role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and communication with designers, suppliers, installers, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project files before orders are submitted for production
- Check drawings, layouts, specifications, finishes, measurements, and related project details
- Follow up with designers or team members to clarify missing or conflicting information
- Help ensure orders are accurate, complete, and ready to move forward
- Track outstanding details, revisions, confirmations, and project notes
- Communicate with suppliers and internal team members as needed
- Support a smooth handoff from order review to delivery and installation
- Maintain organized project records within company systems
- Assist with improving internal checklists, processes, and workflows
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable reviewing drawings, measurements, and specifications
- Ability to identify missing information or inconsistencies
- Experience in cabinetry, construction, renovations, interior design, drafting, or project coordination is a must
- Comfortable using computers, email, and project management systems

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts. This person should take ownership of their work, ask questions when something is unclear, and understand the importance of accuracy before a project moves into production.
Pay: $55,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
