Supporting the build, launch, and monitoring of advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google and Facebook
Writing and iterating on clear, accurate advertising copy, with a focus on advertising performance metrics and brand alignment
Collaborating with designers to test and improve creative assets (images, video, copy variations)
Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key metrics such as traffic, CAC, and conversion rates
Assisting in analyzing performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Supporting forecasting and traffic modelling with guidance
Executing structured A/B tests based on defined hypotheses, and report on results
Working with team members to deploy campaign updates and optimizations efficiently
Helping maintain organized documentation and best practices for campaigns and workflows
Identifying and escalating performance issues, risks, or anomalies in a timely manner
Staying current with digital marketing tools, trends, and platform updates
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in digital marketing, analytics, or a related field is an asset
Excellent written communication in English, some copywriting experience is an asset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data analysis to inform decisions
Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools is an asset
Understanding of basic marketing concepts (funnels, CAC, conversion rates, etc.)
Superb attention to detail and ability to execute tasks efficiently
Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback to improve performance
Intermediate skills working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reports
