Pay $40- $46/ hr
Signing Bonus : up to $5000
Relocation Bonus : up to $5000

What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will deliver hands-on, high-quality clinical care, ventilatory support, and home oxygen therapy to help our patients breathe easier and live better.
Deliver Compassionate Care: Conduct thorough respiratory assessments, evaluate diagnostics, and build customized treatment plans alongside physicians and healthcare teams.
Empower Patients: Provide hands-on equipment setup, safety checks, and patient education—including PAP therapy and oxygen equipment—to build trust and maximize therapy compliance.
Clinical Excellence: Conduct regular follow-ups and home safety assessments to monitor treatment effectiveness and elevate safety standards.
Community & Growth: Serve as a trusted clinical expert by liaising with local healthcare professionals, educating prospective clients, and staying current with evolving best practices and funding programs.

We are looking for an energetic, patient-focused clinician with strong assessment skills and a collaborative mindset.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) designation.
Registered (or eligible for registration) with CARTA (Alberta College of Respiratory Therapists).
Demonstrated expertise in comprehensive cardio-respiratory assessments.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Clear Vulnerable Sector Check.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft, Google Workspace, and Android platforms.
Previous home healthcare or clinical experience is an asset!
