What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work on outdoor property maintenance crews across a variety of sites
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional
- Follow daily instructions and complete tasks thoroughly and on time
- Communicate and coordinate with your team to meet goals
- Take initiative to identify and complete detail work when needed
We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in landscaping, property maintenance, or similar work
- Someone who moves with purpose — this is a fast-paced role
- A positive, team-first mindset with strong communication
- Accountability: show up on time, do your part, and own your work
- Willingness to work early mornings and outdoors in all conditions
