About the Role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented, people‑focused leader to help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and guest experience in our Tim Hortons restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who loves coaching teams, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular walk‑throughs of the restaurant (dining room, washrooms, drive‑thru, exterior) to ensure Tim Hortons standards are consistently met/exceeded.
Monitor overall cleanliness and organization, ensuring “clean as you go” practices and all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks are completed and documented.
Observe guest interactions and coach team members to deliver friendly, fast, and genuine service, including smiling, greeting, and thanking every guest.
Check that products are prepared, presented, and served according to Tim Hortons quality and food safety standards (temperature, portioning, freshness, hold times, etc.).
Use checklists to complete quality and guest‑experience audits throughout each shift, record findings, and follow up on any issues or trends.
Support Management by providing feedback and suggestions to improve service speed, order accuracy, and overall guest satisfaction.
Verify that hand‑washing, sanitizing, and hygiene procedures are being followed by all team members at all times.
Help ensure compliance with health and safety standards and Tim Hortons brand guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is an asset but not required; we will provide training.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, well‑organized spaces.
Positive, energetic personality with a natural ability to encourage and coach others.
Comfortable giving constructive feedback and recognizing team members for great service.
Reliable, punctual, and able to stay focused while walking the restaurant, observing, and documenting.
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly wage and opportunity for growth within Tim Hortons.
Training on Tim Hortons standards, audit tools, and guest‑experience expectations.
A supportive team environment where your eye for quality and great service truly makes a difference.
Access to TimCare benefits through Canada Life.
