Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurses, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Nurses, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Nurses, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Nurses, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Nurses, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) conduct routine laboratory tests and maintain accurate medical records.
- Nurses, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Nurses, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions.
- Nurses, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Nurses, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) participate in case management activities to coordinate care for patients.
- Nurses, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Skills
- Proficient in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology.
- Experience in nursing home or assisted living settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems
- Strong assessment skills to evaluate patient needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of pediatric care practices is a plus.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with empathy and respect.
