Job Responsibilities

This position reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible to:

Coach, evaluate, and develop the parts team, review training requirements and provide opportunities for growth.
Develop, communicate, manage and monitor effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
Create annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.
Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory and proper counter procedures.
Manage recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for the Parts team
Exemplifies a strong focus on parts sales and marketing.

Skills and Qualifications

3 years of experience supervising a Parts team.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Parts Department.
Experience in Agricultural would be considered an asset.
Experience with motivation, training, appraising and general supervisory duties.
Proficient using software applications including Microsoft Office and internet functions.
Solid understanding of the financial and operating principles of a Parts Department would be considered an asset.
Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
Must be able to push, pull and move equipment and/or supplies more than 50 pounds
Ability to work flexible and extended hours when needed.

Compensation Range

$80,000 - $105,000 per year
Placement within the wage range is based on skills, experience, and qualifications
Applicants with more or less experience and qualifications may be placed outside the range
