Northern Roads Auto Group is getting ready for something BIG!
Within the next few months, our Niagara Falls Kia team will be moving into a brand-new, state-of-the-art Kia facility and we're looking for an energetic, outgoing Receptionist/Guest Experience Greeter to be front and centre of the customer experience.
You won't just sit behind a reception desk.
You'll be the first smile customers see, the person who knows where everyone needs to go, the one offering a fresh coffee while they wait, answering a ringing phone while welcoming the next guest through the door, and helping keep everything moving when the dealership gets busy.
If you're someone who genuinely enjoys people, thrives on energy and can juggle five things at once without losing your smile, we want to meet you!
And the best part? You'll get to grow with us as we move into an incredible new facility and the next chapter of Cardinal Kia.
What Your Day Might Look Like
No two days in a dealership are exactly the same — and that's part of the fun!
As our Receptionist and Guest Experience Greeter, you'll:
- Be the first point of contact for guests entering our dealership and make sure everyone receives a warm welcome.
- Help customers find the right person or department quickly and confidently.
- Make our guests feel at home by offering coffee, refreshments and snacks while they visit.
- Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and connect customers with the right team member.
- Assist with customer payments and issue receipts.
- Support licensing paperwork and other dealership administration.
- Help organize and maintain files and documentation.
- Keep customer-facing areas tidy, organized and welcoming.
- Jump in and support our Sales, Service and Administration teams when needed.
- Handle multiple priorities at once while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
- Take on other duties as needed because in a busy dealership, teamwork is everything!
You Might Be Our Person If...
You're the type of person who notices someone walking through the door and naturally says “Hi! How can I help you?”
You're friendly, confident and comfortable talking to just about anyone.
You're also:
- A natural multitasker who can prioritize on the fly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Positive, outgoing and genuinely customer-focused.
- Professional and mature in your communication.
- A proactive self-starter who doesn't need to be told every little thing that needs doing.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Technically savvy and strong Microsoft Office 365 skills.
- Available to work Monday through Saturday based on scheduling requirements.
- The holder of a valid G driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.
Experience with multi-line phone systems and within an automotive dealership is an asset but personality, attitude and the ability to take care of people matter to us.
