We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and help build a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting business success by overseeing daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring inventory and order accuracy.
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and support a team of warehouse employees to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding service.
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
- Coach, train, and mentor team members while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through effective inventory control practices and cycle counts.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Promote and maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

We're looking for someone who combines operational expertise with strong leadership skills:
- 2–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
- Experience in a leadership role, preferably within a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
