We offer clinicians the opportunity to step into a full and diverse caseload within a growing community clinic that values collaboration, patient-centred care, and practical rehabilitation outcomes. Conveniently located in a busy retail strip mall alongside diagnostic imaging services and directly connected to a strong referral relationship with the neighbouring Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy, the clinic is deeply integrated into the community's healthcare needs. With a broad referral base that includes WCB, MVA, LTD, AHS, PCVRS, private insurance, City of Edmonton, and private-pay clients, clinicians benefit from excellent clinical variety and the opportunity to build strong long-term patient relationships.
The clinic features 8 treatment beds, 2 massage therapy rooms, and a collaborative team environment where Physiotherapists and RMTs work closely together to support patient recovery following sports injuries, surgery, workplace incidents, motor vehicle accidents, and chronic orthopedic concerns. With the increasing demand for physiotherapy services in the area, this is an exciting opportunity for a clinician looking to quickly build a busy caseload while working in a supportive and flexible environment. Your impact
As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:
- Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
- Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
- Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.

Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
- Professional liability insurance (as required).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
- 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply!).
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
