Studio Manager / Growth Leader Opportunity

This is more than a management position.

I'm looking for a driven, results-oriented leader who wants the opportunity to build something meaningful, lead a high-performing team, and directly influence the growth and success of an established Orangetheory Fitness studio.

As Studio Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving studio performance, building culture, developing your team, and creating exceptional member experiences. You'll be empowered to lead, make decisions, and help shape the future of the business.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leading, motivating, and developing a team to achieve studio goals
Driving membership growth, retention, and overall studio performance
Coaching and mentoring staff to improve sales, service, and operational excellence
Holding team members accountable to performance expectations and KPIs
Executing marketing, social media, community outreach, and lead generation initiatives
Building relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness
Creating a positive, high-performance culture that team members want to be part of
Ensuring members receive an exceptional experience from their first visit onward
Monitoring studio performance metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement

Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence in managing both people and performance
A passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
Someone who is willing to work hard, lead by example, and do what it takes to achieve results
