We are seeking a motivated Senior Executive Assistant with a strong accounting background. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting day-to-day office operations, managing financial processes, and providing executive-level administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and confident using Microsoft Office products.

Assist in managing office duties, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing meeting agendas and materials.
Assist with recording financial transactions such as logging receipts, filing invoices, or entering data into accounting systems as directed by management.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes for improved efficiency within the office operations.
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executives and teams as needed.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and support team members in achieving their goals.
Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the team.

WHAT You Bring:
Proven experience in an administrative role with a strong accounting background.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
