Expected hours: 20-25 hours per week

Anticipated Shift: 12:00pm-6:00pm, 4 days a week

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour to start, $23.00 per hour after a 3-month probation

Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent, could lead to Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in various general office administrative roles.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and ability to learn new software systems.
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is preferred.
Familiarity with Tow Book an asset.
Must be able to take direction.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
