Bridgewater Volkswagen is seeking a General Manager with the ability to drive growth, inspire high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional results. This is a highly visible leadership role with full accountability for performance, culture, and daily operations, ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of a trusted global brand and the values that have made Bridgewater Volkswagen a destination for customers across the South Shore for over 28 years.

Compensation:
Expected earnings: $150,000 – $200,000+ annually, including a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, demo vehicle, and comprehensive benefits. Relocation Assistance Available.
The Role:
As General Manager of Bridgewater Volkswagen, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture, and strategic direction of the dealership. Your leadership will directly influence results across all departments, including:
- Customer Experience: Ensure every interaction reflects the premium experience, strength of character, and elevated expectations synonymous with the Steele Auto Group and the Volkswagen brand.
- Employee Experience: Lead, coach, and support department leaders, building accountable, high-performing teams rooted in professionalism and respect
- Dealership Leadership: Oversee Sales, F&I, Service, and Parts operations, ensuring alignment with the Volkswagen brand standards and Steele Auto Group expectations.
- Financial & Operational Performance: Manage budgets, financial results, KPIs, and expense controls while driving profitability and long-term stability.
- Sales & Marketing: Guide inventory strategy, sales execution, and marketing initiatives to strengthen market share and brand presence.
- Market Growth: Analyze local market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to elevate dealership performance.
- Strategic Execution: Implement Steele Auto Group policies, procedures, and initiatives while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
- People & Culture: Partner with HR on recruitment, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.

- Minimum 5 years of dealership leadership experience
