Bridgewater Kia is growing and is looking for a Parts & Service Advisor to join our team.
As a Parts & Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance and repairs. You'll build lasting relationships by delivering
exceptional customer service, communicating clearly throughout the repair process, and
ensuring every customer leaves confident that their vehicle has been well cared for.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and accurately identify their vehicle concerns
Listen carefully to customers' descriptions and help diagnose service needs
Prepare repair orders that clearly outline customer concerns and required work
Verify warranty and service contract coverage when applicable
Provide accurate estimates for parts, labour, and recommended services
Obtain customer authorization before repairs begin
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records
Continue developing product and service knowledge through manufacturer
training
Help create an exceptional ownership experience with every customer interaction
Qualifications
Minimum three years of customer service experience
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is considered an asset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Positive attitude with a team-first approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract
