Position Summary
The Guest & Host Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, professional, and reliable transportation for both resort guests and resort hosts (employees). Drivers operate scheduled shuttle routes and on-demand services throughout the resort and designated off-site locations.
This role requires flexibility, strong customer service skills, and the ability to alternate between guest shuttle and host shuttle assignments based on operational needs and scheduling.
Safely operate resort shuttle vehicles to transport guests and hosts to and from designated on- and off-site locations
Rotate between Guest Shuttle and Host Shuttle assignments as scheduled
Provide courteous, professional, and friendly service at all times
Assist guests with luggage, packages, and mobility needs when required
Ensure shuttle vehicles are clean, fueled, and in safe operating condition
Conduct pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections and report concerns
Follow all resort policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures
Maintain clear communication with Guest Services regarding schedules, delays, or issues
Monitor surroundings and report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions
Support peak operational periods, events, and seasonal demands
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, courteous, and safety-focused demeanor
Ability to work independently and follow schedules accurately
Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable interacting with both guests and employees
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence

Minimum five (5) years of clean driving experience with no major traffic violations or at-fault accidents.

Ability and willingness to obtain an Ontario Class F Driver's Licence.
Previous driving or guest service experience preferred
Knowledge of safe driving practices and passenger transport standards
Ability to pass required background and licensing checks
Frequent standing, walking, and driving
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
Ability to assist passengers with luggage or mobility needs
