About the Role
As a Bartender at Cordo Resto + Bar, you play a key role in bringing our guest experience to life. You’ll craft elevated cocktails, build genuine connections with guests, and showcase the best of British Columbia’s local beverage scene. Working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, you’ll contribute to a bar program rooted in creativity, quality, and regional inspiration. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys engaging with people, and is looking to grow their skills within a globally recognized brand.
What You’ll Do

Create a welcoming and engaging bar experience by building authentic connections with guests

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency

Execute Cordo’s bar program, including signature cocktails, local wines, and craft beers

Maintain compliance with BC liquor laws and responsible service practices

Follow established service standards, checklists, and opening/closing procedures

Support bar inventory, stock control, and overall cleanliness and organization

Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Perform other duties as required to meet business needs
What We’re Looking For

Previous bartending or serving experience in a restaurant or hotel environment

Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service and bar operations

Serving It Right certification (required); Food Safe is an asset

Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude with a strong team mindset

Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Legal eligibility to work in Canada
