Aegis Automotive Detailing is looking for an experienced Automotive Detailer to join our growing team. We are passionate about producing exceptional results and are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and understands that attention to detail is what separates good work from outstanding work.
Our facility is the largest dedicated automotive detailing shop in Kamloops and is equipped with professional-grade tools and equipment, including commercial steam cleaning systems, pneumatic (air) tools, and premium detailing products. We continually invest in our equipment and processes so our team can deliver industry-leading results.

- Automotive Detailing (Gold 2025, Bronze 2026)

What You'll Do
- Perform premium interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Thoroughly clean and restore vehicle interiors using commercial-grade equipment and specialized products
- Perform paint decontamination and vehicle preparation
- Inspect every vehicle before completion to ensure it meets Aegis quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule

Previous professional automotive detailing experience is required.

The following experience would be considered an asset, but is not required:
- Paint correction and machine polishing
- Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
- Automotive window tint installation
- Ceramic coating application

Compensation
Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications.
