What You'll Do
Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities may include:
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule
- Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
- Assisting patients through their office visits
- Insurance verification and billing
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Data entry and electronic patient file management
- Helping keep the office organized, clean, and running efficiently
- Supporting our doctors and team wherever needed

Qualifications
- Kinesiology or human performance graduate a strong asset.
- Previous experience in a chiropractic, dental, physiotherapy, or other healthcare office is an asset but not required.
- Experience with billing, scheduling, or administrative work is beneficial.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable learning new software and technology.
- Proficiency in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Canva, etc.) is an important asset.
- Experience with electronic health records or practice management software is an asset.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
