Packing Associate

As a Packing Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets our high standards for quality, accuracy, and presentation. You'll work in a fast-paced, positive environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and food safety come first.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack donuts into retail containers according to company standards and specifications.
- Apply lot codes and date coding accurately to finished products.
- Pack finished products into master cases for retail and wholesale distribution.
- Label cases accurately and ensure all information is correct and legible.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain production records and ensure traceability requirements are followed.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with inventory movement and organization as needed.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food production, packaging, warehousing, or manufacturing is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to bend, lift, and move boxes throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
Job Type: Part Time
Expected Hours: 20 - 40hrs a week, availability on weekends and holidays required
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
