The Opportunity
Mission Creek Landing is one of Kelowna's most established long-term care communities, nestled in a park-like setting beside Mission Creek Regional Park. For over 45 years, we've provided a safe, dignified home for seniors who can no longer live independently.
Now, we're entering our biggest chapter yet. We're expanding from 132 to 242 beds in Summer 2026 with new state-of-the-art equipment, and we're looking for a Maintenance Worker who want to grow with us.

What Your Days Will Look Like
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Complete preventative maintenance and safety checks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Ensure grounds are safe and well-Kept
- Support infection control and safety standards
- Maintain heating, ventilation, and air systems
- Upholding resident rights, dignity, confidentiality, and independence every single shift
What You Bring
- Experience in general maintenance or building operations
- Experience in Long Term Care settings for maintenance
- Experience in dealing with ceilings lifts and tracks
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Successful Criminal Record Check (vulnerable sector)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks
