The Vanity Lab Edmonton is seeking an experienced, confident, and highly motivated Medical Aesthetic Patient Coordinator & Treatment Technician to join our team.
This is a unique dual-role opportunity designed for an experienced aesthetic professional who is passionate about both client care and treatment delivery. The successful candidate will begin primarily in a part time Patient Coordinator role, with the opportunity to transition into a combination Patient Coordinator and Treatment Technician position as they demonstrate success within the role.
Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience working in a medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or similar environment, along with previous training and certification in aesthetic treatments. Reception experience is considered an asset; however, treatment training, industry knowledge, and a passion for aesthetics are far more important.
Advancement, increased hours, and treatment shifts will be based on performance, not time with the company. We are looking for a candidate who can build meaningful relationships with clients, consistently achieve strong rebooking rates, confidently recommend products, memberships, treatment plans, and treatment packages, and contribute directly to the overall success and growth of the clinic.
This is not a traditional reception position. Strong sales ability is one of the most important requirements of this role. The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing treatment pricing, creating customized treatment plans, recommending premium skincare products, and helping clients invest in treatments that support their goals and deliver exceptional results.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or similar environment
- Graduate of a reputable laser and aesthetics training program
- Previous training and experience with chemical peels, IPL, laser, and advanced aesthetic treatments
- Exceptional sales skills with a proven ability to sell skincare products, memberships, treatment plans, and treatment packages
- Confident discussing and recommending luxury treatments and premium skincare products
- Strong consultation, rebooking, and client retention skills
- Outgoing, polished, professional, and self motivated
- Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Zenoti experience
- Luxury retail sales experience
- Proven sales success within the aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or luxury service industry
- Experience creating customized treatment plans and building long term client relationships
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through checkout
- Manage appointment scheduling, phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
- Confidently recommend and sell skincare products, memberships, treatment plans, and treatment packages
- Build long term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Rebook clients and assist with long term treatment planning
- Perform aesthetic treatments within scope following completion of internal training and certification review
- Support daily clinic operations, organization, inventory, and cleanliness
AVAILABILITY
Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required.
Shift times may include:
- 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM
- 10:45 AM to 7:15 PM
COMPENSATION
- $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
- Commission on skincare and retail sales
